A great starting point for those looking to grow their savings through property without hands-on involvement.

Typical investment duration: 12 months

Minimum investment: £25,000

Returns are distributed upon completion of the term.

2 | Longer Term Project 

Designed for investors with prior experience in property or general investments, this opportunity is well-suited for those looking to put a larger sum of capital to work while generating passive income.

Our fully managed approach ensures that you can invest with confidence, knowing that your capital is actively working for you while you enjoy a hands-off experience.

Typical investment duration: 18 to 36 months

Minimum investment: £50,000

Returns are distributed either monthly, annually, or upon completion of the term.

3 | Joint Venture

For investors willing to take on more risk for potentially higher returns, we provide a joint venture (JV) option where we manage the property opportunity, and you supply the capital. Through a limited company, we share both the risks and profits equally at 50/50.
